File - Hermies Delivery Options

Hermies is a VERY busy list and it generates LOTS of mail, but don't despair or leave the list! There are lots of good ways to handle the volume: Changing Your Delivery Options: Yahoo! Groups offers three options to list members: 1. Individual shops - messages go out immediately to you as they are generated. 2. Daily Digest - messages are collected into a Digest of 20 to 25 messages and go out at least once per day depending on mail volume. 3. NoMail/WebOnly - you get no mail and can read and respond to messages at the Hermies website. You can change your delivery options at any time. This is especially helpful if going on vacation so your mailbox won't get full! To change your delivery option go to: Under Delivery Options use the drop-down box to adjust your choice and Save Changes. It's as easy as that! Another way good way to handle all of your hermies messages is to use your browser to sort your incoming shop! Both Netscape (look under Edit, Message Filters) and Internet Explorer (Tools, Message Rules) have this capability. Happy Crabbing! Hermies Moderators
