Thank you for your interest in joining This is a group for scrapbook retailers who want to discuss retail related items, questions regarding stores etc, order splits and so on. Off topic posts for a specific person should be limited as shoppinging that person directly would be best. Who we will allow to join store owner We accept online or brick or mortar with proof of retail status. If you are home based you will need to provide the information below as well as some additional information. We do not allow consultant businesses. What you need to do in order to join. All members who have joined scrapbook retailers have provided their proof of retailer status. A check on retailer status will be done yearly. Tax or business info cannot be in your "other" business name...ie Sue's chair store cannot submit that tax ID for the scrapbook group. It must be the permit, not a filled out tax exempt cert., nor the number typed nor written out by hand. First One of the Following: Resale License Tax ID Business License Vendor’s permit Second One of the Following: Fully functioning website address selling mostly scrapbook supplies Some type of bill/invoice with the store’s name on it and address (scrapbooking related) For Storefronts Third Business/Store address (store fronts) For Home based business Picture of your set up 2 additional invoices from major scrapbooking product suppliers (for a total of 3) Where to send your information shopping TO Or fax your permit to: (435) 304-7890 PLEASE ONLY FAX ONE PAGE. I am using Efax a free online service, but it give a limit of free faxes. DO NOT FAX A COVER PAGE. Fax your permit and write your shopping address on the same page. When your information is received you will be posted to the group as a pending member. Group members are then allowed to give feedback regarding pending members to the moderators. Group members may object to the joining of any pending member. (ie if your store is close to them, if you defaulted on a split etc). They may also give praise regarding any pending member. Please note that Yahoo automatically rejects any pending members after 14 days. I will not accept any pending members without the above information. Pending Members Post Information regarding pending member including Location. Objections can be shoppinged. If there are no objections Pending Members will be accepted after 24 hours. Out of courtesy shopping objections are to be sent DIRECT to moderators. Upon Being accepted Please read all the group rules VERY carefully. We adhere strictly to the rules. Fill out the “Contact List” in the database must be filled out within 2 weeks of joining, so all members can contact each other easily (phone number must be included). And also keep it up to date. Those who do not fill the database will be deleted from the group. Delete messages you are replying to for convenience of those on daily digest shopping setting must be on a Minimum of special notices so any important messages from group moderator can be read and not missed Try to shopping off topic posts directly to the person instead of the group No ad posts and ad posts will be deleted (first post will be a warning, second will result in removal). Please follow guidelines for Group Buys and Order Splits. See files section for more details. Upon Group Approval you will receive additional information regarding various aspects of the group. If you are not a retailer, but are seeking information. is a group for established retailers. If you do not have a tax id or business license to submit but need start up information please refer to the links below.
