AW: Everything is stories - is it true?

Doesn't look that easy for you, does it. You are not doing it. Now, is "easy" what I do, or what I think would cost more effort? Why wouldI take a way that costs more "effort"? And what is "effort": more "energy"- but in what terms? Muscles? Emotions? Money? Time? How do I realate those? What weight does each of these have? Is it an absolute weight? Where I am going is that that doesn't make any sense, really, once you investigate it. In general we treat it as an absolute value, but it really is subject to individual perception in this moment. It's a even tradable as in "it's not worth the effort". Huge story. I'd say the easiest way is the one we choose in this moment. And as it's the one we chose it's the only possible path in the moment. It's what you want to do in the moment. My suggestion is: notice when you don't do what you want (when you think you are not doing what you want). Notice when you don't do what feels good (right) for you. See what doesn't feel right (that's a hint). See what would feel right, instead. See for yourself: It's a baby... who would you be without a thought? Look at what he's doing,what he's doing. Investigate the thought around an adult: he's not a baby. - is that true? Why would a rose be more beautiful than a daffodile? why value rain less than sun? Cold than hot? Empty than full? It's all concepts. > the need for mating and being attracted to a girl, is that a story? of course it is. notice how you sometimes don't even realize there are other genders you could be attracted to. Notice all the stuff that comes into your mind when youare around a hot, sexy woman with mating potential (according to you!) andhow you don't do what you want. With open eyes, for once! A favour from you to you. Sometimes you want to be alone, sometimes incompany. Sometimes it feels great, sometimes awkward. Where's the difference? It is And it's not about doing the work, or investigating or anything. Any kind of knowledge keeps you from investigating. To do that, you need an open mind. Not investing into the outcome.
