AABC Re: Check-In .. TGIF 4/25

First off Jonathan it is to much for a beginner to understand right away..even as we go through many spiritual experiences we question what is it. I think of the whole mess as this 9ONLY ME PEOPLE I AM A BELIEVER BUT DON'T CLAIM RELIGION AS A BACK BONE TO MY EXSISTANCE) BESIDES I HAVE A GREAT SPIRIT ANYWAY LIKE YOUR GOD I GUESS) ANYWAY I would say GOD is the religious man thought way of saying there is a spreme being, as in AA we say both because that is the level we are on. I use all three god HP and great spirit. there are others who will not like to speak of god. My level after 20 years is i know there is something out there and for me to have something more superior thasn me is better than me thinking I can run the world or even my own life..I need quidance...that guidiance comes from other people some higher power spremebeing as given YOU ALL the message and words to tell me so I can be tha best person I can be... I have study alot of religions until i got bored and found out that some where in all the teachings they and even society want you to do 2 things... One is just do rightly in all you do and 2nd is do it the best way you can... after those two things weither it be god or religion I find in everything else it is mans (or womans) opinion..even the bible was written by prophets. But god is the religous version and spiritual is the inside version of a power you still don't understand but know we are here to help not shoot you LOL my spirtiuality comes from my heart not my head. I think when it comes for me to love a supreme being (god) I use my heart and my god is my great spirit and higherpower. When i think of religion I think yes I have to think of what the churches want me to do..I can't believe god wants me to yell hallilujah and amen so loud my hears hurt. I don't think he wants to hear my sins and ask forgiveness then next sunday I do it all over I believe to feel good from my heart is spitirtual....I think if I gotta think oabout it that is man church and beliefs which is what the difference is to me is in your heart and doing the right thing religion is obeying a certain law that a preacher says is gods law. I like my belief I am spiritual mnot religious even though I have a god higher power and great spirit I know I am ok not from what a preacher tells me but what you all tell me...my heart doen't lie to me my head will so to feel right then I know but to think about should I I know I better ask more questions... THANK YOU FOR LETIN ME MIX YOU ALL UP IT ALL HELPED ME... THIS IS ALSO MY OPINION NO MATTER HOW SCREWED UP YOU TTHINK IT IS IT IS MY BELIEF AND NOT RELGION OD GOD PUSHED ORINTAION.. hell most of them didn't even get this far.
