[Classic Mustang] 1966 Mustang Power steering

Hello, I am currently restoring a 1966 Mustang convertible with manual steering and manual drum brakes, it is a V8 car. What do you recommend i should do to add power steering? I already bought a Granada disc brake set up for the car. Now i am thinking of either putting in an original ford set up or an aftermarket rack and pinion. If i should put rack and pinion, what brand is the best from your experience? thanks in advance. Yahoo!
