Nita, I to agree with the others. Especially in remote areas gas is just not an option, diesel is and if you have sacrifieced tank space for LPG you will loose range between filling points. As for the rechipping, if you can do it just make sure it will improve mileage, not all remappings of ECM's do, it depends on the vehicle, the nature of the remap etc. Also consider either installing an intercooler or, if you already have a factory one, getting a bigger one.
